HR Group founded as a civil contracting company, laying the foundation for decades of growth with government and private construction projects across Punjab.
2005
Transitioned into real estate development with Hira Colony Bahadurgarh — the company's first residential plotted colony, marking a new chapter.
2012
Honoured with the prestigious SARAS Corporate Excellence Award by CM Sardar Parkash Singh Badal for outstanding contribution to Punjab's real estate sector.
2018

Since founding HR Group of Companies in 1998, Pardeep Singh Anttal has led the organization with a vision built on integrity, innovation, and long-term growth. Under his leadership, HR Group expanded across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Fertilizers, Distribution, and International Trade, successfully delivering over 30 projects across India.
His leadership has contributed to landmark infrastructure developments including the Amritsar–Wagha Border Road, Karnal–Jalandhar G.T. Road, and a 3 MW Hydro Electric Power Project in Himachal Pradesh. Through ventures such as Kissan Fertichem Co., HR Vehicles, HR Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and HR Exports Co., he has strengthened the group’s presence across multiple industries while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and community values.
Driven by the principles of service, humility, and integrity, he continues to guide HR Group towards impactful growth and nation-building.
